Kishor is responsible for overall execution of the ControlCase strategy.
Prior to ControlCase, he has held management roles with Ernst and Young advising various Fortune 500 clients around areas related to regulatory compliance and information security.
He has been a speaker on multiple occasions on IT GRC forums such as ISACA and PCI Series. In addition he has served in the past on a Joint Commission on Technology and Science for the Commonwealth of Virginia.
He holds an MBA degree from the University of Maryland and an Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering.
Suresh, during his career span of over 38 years, has held numerous senior positions, such as President, CEO, COO, Managing Director and Director of a number of large Public listed companies such as Greaves Cotton, Hindustan Dorr-Oliver, Shaw Wallace and others.
Suresh has been member of CII Western Region Council and also on a number of committees/sub committees of industry associations.
As the COO of the Company and VP – Asia Pacific and CEMEA region, he is responsible for Sales and Execution of Business in the territory and also for other operations including Finance, HR and Administration of the Company.
Suresh is a Mechanical Engineer with post graduate qualifications in Management from Bombay University and AMP from Harvard
Ashwani is responsible for managing ControlCase Technologies.
ControlCase Technologies develops the products and technologies provided by ControlCase. Ashwani has management responsibility for Product Engineering, Product Management and Product support. Ashwani also helps set the direction for ControlCase's product strategy to meet the changing business, regulatory and technology landscape.
Prior to ControlCase, Ashwani managed the Services and Education business for Ounce Labs (now IBM) globally and the Security services business for CA's (formerly Computer Associates and now CA Technologies) 10 largest Global customers, Eastern United States and the entire Federal Government.
Ashwani also spent a significant number of years managing the Consulting practices for Ernst and Young in Metro DC and New England areas and developed many new service lines, including HIPAA compliance and Web Application Security services during his time at E&Y.
Ashwani, over his 17+ years career span, has worked in an advisory capacity with 10+ Fortune 100 companies, numerous Fortune 500 companies covering a wide range of industry sectors. Ashwani has played the role of a trusted advisor to many C-level executives at these companies and worked as the de-facto CSO for many companies.
Ashwani is also a frequent speaker in conferences and events and has written articles in various trade journals as a thought leader.
Samir is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of ControlCase and the technical wizard behind ControlCase Technologies. He is responsible for developing and managing the complete suite of the ControlCase GRC platform and related product lines.
Samir is very active is various programming working groups. Prior to ControlCase he has managed various large software projects.
He holds an Engineering degree in Computer Science.
Erik Winkler is the VP of North America for ControlCase and is responsible for the management and delivery of ControlCase Services to customers in North America. Erik is an experienced senior manager and security engineer with over 15 years of engineering experience, including 10 years of experience with information security.
Prior to ControlCase, he was a principal at Cybertrust, Inc. and responsible for delivery and oversight of all vulnerability management services. He also spent 5 years as a manager in Ernst and Young’s information security practice.
He holds a Master of Science degree in Engineering Physics from the University of Virginia
Hugh Kominars is the Global VP of Partners, Alliances and Channels. He is responsible for managing ControlCase's partnerships with industry and regional leaders and developing channels for ControlCase's products.
Prior to ControlCase, he has held management roles with Ernst and Young, Northrop Grumman, and Booz-Allen and Hamilton. He has been a speaker on multiple occasions on IT audit and compliance topics for ISACA.
He holds an MS degree from The George Washington University in Information Systems.
Afy Merchant is responsible for direct and channel sales internationally. He helps companies meet the growing demand for enterprise IT GRC solutions and formulating the strategy for ControlCase product suite. Afy brings more than 10 years of experience to the role and has held positions with IBM and PricewaterhouseCoopers in management roles for the federal services industry. Afy’s responsibilities also include formulating the sales strategy and partnerships within the CEMEA and ASIA PAC regions.
Afy holds an Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering.
