ControlCase is working closely with clients to ensure effective migration to PCI Version 3.2
ControlCase, a leading provider of Compliance as a Service (CaaS), Certifications, and IT Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) software is pleased to announce that it has certified Omnyway; the leader in one step redemption of loyalty, rewards, coupons and offers with mobile payments to PCI DSS Version 3.2.
Omnyway engaged ControlCase as the official Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) company to assist in achieving and maintaining compliance with PCI DSS Version 3.2 for both their physical and cloud environments. The “PCI Certified” status indicates that Omnyway has met the stringent regulations and requirements for protecting and securing sensitive data.
PCI DSS is a global security standard created by the five major credit card networks. The standard aims to prevent credit card and data fraud by evaluating payment account data security and assessing an organization’s network architecture, software design, security policies, procedures and protective practices. Companies that store, process or transmit cardholder data are required to validate their compliance with the requirements of PCI DSS.
ControlCase’s PCI certification solution includes a combination of hardware, software, onsite and offsite services that cost-effectively deliver one of the best values for achieving timely compliance and maintaining security and compliance health
– said Kishor Vaswani, CEO of ControlCase.
We are committed to partnering with our clients and delivering a supportive compliance experience with simplified processes that provide both efficiency and accuracy.
Omnyway offers a customizable contextual commerce platform that retailers can use to bolster their existing mobile app with enhanced omnichannel interactive commerce services – giving their customers the highest quality personalized shopping experience.
– said Ashok Narasimhan, CEO of Omnyway.
Our clients rely on our solutions and technology to advance their businesses, and keep their customer’s information private. We recognize the huge risks that a security breach entails and are fully committed to providing world-class security and the highest level of privacy in all our offerings.
PCI DSS Version 3.2 addresses the growing threats to customer payment information and provides better clarity for implementing and maintaining controls. The new requirements introduced in PCI DSS 3.2 are considered best practices until 31 January 2018. Starting 1 February 2018 they are effective as requirements and must be used.
