OVERVIEW:
The sales team is the engine that drives the global reach of our audit, compliance, cybersecurity, and professional services offerings. We are seeking a qualified Sales Operations Analyst who can help keep this engine running with their own skills and the collaborative expertise of our GTM team. The ideal Analyst has deep experience with the entire sales and marketing process, the common tools and processes used by those teams, channel relationships and the key data and KPIs associated with lead-flow, prospect outreach, upselling, pipeline management, and deal closing. We’re looking for a quick learner who has exceptional analytical skills, top-notch communication skills and a world-class track record meeting and beating target dates and deliverables.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
This position requires a highly motivated team player with excellent interpersonal skills. You will be interacting with our internal team (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and others) and with our channel partners. This position is remote and sits within our GTM team. As an Analyst, you are the primary relationship liaison between ControlCase and our sales and marketing data. You will provide direction to our leadership and take input from them daily. Having a project management mindset is helpful as there are many moving parts on a day-to-day basis, and deliverables are sometimes measured in minutes. You will be tasked with developing a relationship and becoming a trusted advisor to our team. You can expect both consistent deliverables daily and weekly and the opportunity to work on longer-term projects. You can also expect the opportunity to be creative in crafting the right analysis and reporting that helps solve real questions with impactful data.
You will do great things in this role if you are a performance advocate and understand the accuracy of deliverables and the power of your input. You cannot be afraid to ask hard questions and identify and communicate opportunities for improvement.
