The ConnectWise MSP+ Cybersecurity Framework is a certification program for the MSP community. Based upon best practices and providing a journey of growth from baseline security elements to cybersecurity maturity, the ConnectWise MSP+ Cybersecurity Framework is designed as a resource to assess and enhance the cybersecurity posture and services provided by MSPs to their clients.

What does it mean to be certified by ConnectWise MSP+?

There are two types of certifications MSPs can achieve through the secure ConnectWise MSP+ program.
ConnectWise MSP+ Fundamentals is a free self-assessment and culminates in a self-assessment report, representing your current cyber hygiene.
ConnectWise MSP+ Advanced or Mastery are paid engagements based on additional requirements and control objectives to mature your cybersecurity program. Upon successful completion of an audit your “Verified by ControlCase” you will be provided with a third-party assessment report, certificate, and logo, demonstrating your cybersecurity maturity as per industry standards.

There are numerous benefits of being certified by ConnectWise MSP+. In short, ConnectWise MSP+ gives you a roadmap that leads to cybersecurity mastery, increases your eligibility of cyber insurance, and grants your clients increased assurance for handling data in their IT environments.
