About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Graphic Designer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in designing for corporate, B2B, or technology-focused businesses. This role requires strict adherence to brand guidelines while developing high-quality visual assets for marketing, sales, and business communication needs. The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver who excels in digital and print design, has a deep understanding of corporate branding, and can effectively translate complex ideas into visually appealing graphics.
As a key member of the marketing team, the Corporate Graphic Designer will work closely with sales, content, and digital teams to create materials that drive engagement, communicate key messages, and support business objectives. A strong ability to juggle multiple projects while maintaining exceptional attention to detail is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Branding Design:
- Develop polished, professional PowerPoint presentations for internal and external audiences, ensuring brand consistency, clear communication, and compelling design.
- Design branded email signatures, templates, and corporate digital assets to support marketing and sales campaigns.
- Create eye-catching featured images for web, blogs, and digital publications, optimizing for different screen sizes and platforms.
- Design social media graphics, memes, and promotional visuals that align with the brand’s voice and resonate with the target audience.
Sales & Business Communication Support:
- Produce high-quality .PDF handouts, brochures, whitepapers, and corporate one-pagers for sales enablement, ensuring a professional and visually appealing format.
- Develop wireframes and mockups for web pages and landing pages that enhance the user experience and support lead generation goals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create customized sales decks, pitch presentations, and client-facing materials that effectively communicate value propositions.
- Support internal teams with event graphics, trade show materials, and investor presentations, ensuring all materials are aligned with corporate branding.
Brand Compliance & Project Management:
- Ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines across all marketing and sales collateral, maintaining a consistent visual identity.
- Work within the marketing team and closely collaborate with sales, content, and digital marketing teams to align visual assets with strategic goals.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Utilize Asana or other project management tools to track design tasks, deadlines, and deliverables.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer in a corporate, B2B, or tech-focused environment.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and XD) with a deep understanding of professional design principles.
- Strong knowledge of corporate branding, typography, layout, and color theory with a meticulous approach to detail.
- Proven experience designing business presentations, marketing materials, and digital assets that adhere to brand standards.
- Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging visuals that support marketing and sales objectives.
- Familiarity with wireframing tools and a basic understanding of UX/UI best practices for web and digital design.
- Experience designing email templates and web assets, with a basic understanding of HTML/CSS preferred.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with marketing, sales, and leadership teams, incorporating feedback into designs while maintaining brand consistency.
- Experience working within Asana or other project management tools to manage tasks and deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining brand integrity across all visual assets.
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):
- Experience with Figma or other UI/UX design tools.
- Video editing and motion graphics experience using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Understanding of HTML/CSS to optimize designs for digital platforms.
